Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ggt99 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "player"). By using the ggt99 website, mobile version, or any related service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

You are creating an account for yourself as a real individual.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each player may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person or household using the same IP address is prohibited. Violating this policy may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, contact details — must be complete, accurate, and truthful. ggt99 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false information is provided.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ggt99 may at any time request documents to verify your identity, address, or payment method. If the required documents are not provided in a timely manner, the platform reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on ggt99 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successfully requested withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Anti-Fraud Policy

If any suspicious transaction is identified, ggt99 may suspend the account and transaction until the investigation is complete. If fraudulent activity is proven, the account will be closed and the balance forfeited.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered players on ggt99 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount applies. This means you must wager 25 times the total bonus amount before withdrawing from the bonus. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus you must wager ৳25,000.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

Each bonus offer may be used only once per player.
Bonuses are usable for gaming activity only and cannot be withdrawn directly.
If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
If any misuse of a bonus is found, ggt99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
Certain games or game categories may be excluded from bonus wagering.

4.4 VIP Program

ggt99 has a total of five VIP tiers. Players can advance to higher tiers based on regular play:

Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ggt99 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

Gaming on behalf of minors or using their accounts.
Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Attempting to earn bonuses or meet conditions through fraudulent means.
Using software or automated methods to operate games.
Accessing another person's account without permission.
Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
Intentionally exploiting technical errors or software bugs on the platform.
Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward other players or staff.
